Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Manager Intern to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity to experience HR at a high-growth startup, working directly with the founding team to build people-first processes, support hiring, and foster a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions & internship postings across hiring platforms.
  • Coordinate with managers to align on role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Support in developing HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and performance updates.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
  • Assist in organizing training, workshops, and team sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and networking platforms.
  • Interest in HR operations, startup culture, and employee engagement.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Work Structure

  • Full-time internship, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • Hybrid setup: work remotely with one day a week at a co-working space in Hyderabad
