  • Manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality IT staffing services to clients in the US market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading projects in an implementation partner role.
  • Strong understanding of C2C (Contract-to-Contract) model and its application in IT staffing.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
