For Male Employees: 07:30 AM to 12:30 AM (Roster-based rotational 10-hour shifts with one

rotational weekly oƯ between Monday and Thursday)

For Female Employees: 07:30 AM to 10:00 PM (Roster-based rotational 10-hour shifts with one

rotational weekly oƯ between Monday and Thursday)

Position Overview

As a Commis III, you will support kitchen operations by ensuring smooth food preparation,

maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering quality products consistently.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow within the QSR industry — with opportunities to

advance into the Buddy Trainer role, guiding and mentoring new team members.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and assembling

sandwiches.

 Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards across all kitchen areas.

 Prepare and portion ingredients accurately as per standard recipes.

 Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.

 Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet Sandwizzaa's brand standards.

 Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

 Maintain inventory levels by checking stock and minimizing wastage.

 Follow all operational and safety procedures diligently.

 Requirements

 2 to 3 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant kitchen preferred.

 Strong communication skills.

 Strong understanding of basic food preparation and hygiene.

 Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Willingness to work rotational shifts and travel to nearby outlets if needed.

 Positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow.
