CRM Development & Implementation Specialist (Real Estate ERP)

Key Responsibilities

Design, customize, and implement CRM modules within Nway ERP for the Real Estate sector.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure CRM solutions.

Integrate CRM with other ERP modules — Sales, Finance, Projects, Customer Support.

Develop dashboards, reports, and automation processes tailored for Real Estate workflows (Leads → Bookings → Payments → Handover).

Conduct end-user training, testing, and go-live support.

Coordinate with ERP functional and technical teams for seamless implementation.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancements for CRM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRM development, customization, or implementation.

Hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Real Estate ERP CRMs.

Experience in ERP implementation (Real Estate / Construction domain preferred).

Knowledge of SQL, workflows, APIs, and ERP–CRM integrations.

Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Bonus: Experience with Odoo Real Estate CRM or other industry-specific ERP platforms.
