Regional Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area / Regional Manager with strong MR field exposure to represent and promote our Diabetes Free Forever Program Lifestyle Management programme in the assigned territory.
The role involves direct one-to-one engagement with doctors, strong market presence, and achieving consistent business growth.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets within the assigned region.
Represent and promote Diabetes Free Forever Lifestyle Management packages
and products to the medical fraternity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists, Physicians, General
Practitioners
Ensure maximum market coverage through regular field visits and doctor
interactions.
Execute market strategies, promotions, and negotiation plans as per regional
Needs.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis on
Time.
Handle objections, negotiations, and closing with strong bargaining & convincing
Skills.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Maintain ethical practices and compliance with company policies at all times

Excellent communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
Strong relationship-building and networking ability
Market understanding with problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle pressure and tackle challenging situations independently
Target-oriented and result-focused approach
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 30 to 40 years
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi (Mandatory)
Experience:
• Prior experience in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Medical Sales preferred
• Exposure to MR or field sales role is highly desirable
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
