We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our mobile and web applications.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to transform ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces that users love to interact with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows and improve overall user experience.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
  • Maintain design consistency and align visuals with brand identity.
  • Create design systems, icon sets, and component libraries.
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, UI patterns, and interaction guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects (please include link).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Flutter UI design.
  • Experience working with startups or fintech products.
  • Motion/animation design experience is a plus.
