About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced
UI/UX Designer
to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking, user-centric approach, and expertise in crafting intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Maintain design consistency across all platforms and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    4.5+ years of proven experience
    as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools like
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    user-centered design principles
    ,
    interaction design
    , and
    information architecture
    .
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Must be
    based in Bangalore
    or
    Mumbai
    .
  • Comfortable with
    working on-site
    (Bangalore office).
  • Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
