About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced IT Specialist (4–6 years) to manage and secure our IT infrastructure. You'll handle network administration, Microsoft 365, and cloud operations — ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and secure enterprise networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Security & Compliance).
- Maintain and optimize cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
- Troubleshoot complex IT, server, and network issues.
- Implement IT security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate on IT improvement projects and support new technology rollouts.
- Mentor and support junior IT staff.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in enterprise network management, routing, and firewall configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools, antivirus, and patch management systems.
- Experience with data backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Understanding of IT compliance, access control, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
