Designation- Brand & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Management

· Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Maintain brand consistency across all channels — digital, print, events, and internal communications.

· Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis to ensure strong market positioning.

  1. Marketing Planning & Execution

· Design and execute marketing plans and campaigns (online and offline).

· Oversee content creation, including brochures, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.

· Manage paid marketing activities across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc., optimizing for ROI.

  1. Digital Presence & Engagement

  2. Lead website content and SEO strategy for better visibility.

  3. Drive social media strategy — content calendars, engagement, and analytics.

  4. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies for co-branding opportunities.

  5. Data & Performance Analytics

  6. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

  7. Prepare monthly reports and insights for management review.

  8. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback.

  9. Team & Vendor Coordination

  10. Supervise internal designers, copywriters, and marketing executives.

  11. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers for branding and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

  • Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools, trends, and analytics.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

  • Ability to think strategically while executing with precision

Preferred Plus Points

  • Experience with SaaS or professional service brands.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Zoho Marketing Automation.

  • Prior success in building or repositioning a brand.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
