Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on existing cosmetic and perfume products, their features, and consumer preferences to inspire new product concepts.
Search for and build a supplier network mapped to each product feature (e.g., raw materials, fragrances, active ingredients, fillers, packaging components) to support product creation.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for cosmetic and perfume product development.
Share detailed product briefs with suppliers for sample development as per management guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers for modifications to meet budget, specifications, and quality standards.
Compare costs and negotiate to finalize the best deals for bulk production.
Oversee packaging development in line with market trends, product usability, and cost-effectiveness.
Finalize contracts with vendors after price negotiation.
Monitor production at supplier facilities to ensure quality checks and timely delivery.
Assist in budgeting, purchasing management, and reporting related to product development.
Manage the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept ideation to final launch.
