Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Admin Head in coordinating office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as instructed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Support internal communication and help organize company events or activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office spaces in collaboration with facility management.
  • Track and manage fixed assets and administrative budgets.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
