Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Admin Head in coordinating office operations and procedures.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as instructed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support internal communication and help organize company events or activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office spaces in collaboration with facility management.
- Track and manage fixed assets and administrative budgets.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
