Job Description

Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions,

and terminations in HRIS

● Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

● Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with legal

requirements

● Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving

discrepancies

● Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries

● Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and

systems

● Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to employment laws and

regulations

● Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives

● Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications

● Support leave of absence administration and tracking

● Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate HR services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above from accredited university in HR, Business Management

or similar field

● 3 years' above experience in HR Operations

● Strong execution, attention to details & process-driven

● Excellent problem-solving abilities

● Excellent verbal/written communication in English and interpersonal skills

● Creative, organized and self-motivated for success

● Possesses unquestioned integrity and strong business ethics and leads by example

● Demonstrates a firm commitment to the company's values and culture

● Team player with peers to share and implement the best practices
