  1. Job PURPOSE:

  2. To counsel the patient according to their needs & wishes

  3. ROLE AND RESPNSIBILITIES:

  4. Counsels the patients address their concerns & problems, give them best possible solutions, make them understand about the changes, improvement of the treatment.

  5. Regular Follow-up of All Leads in Recommended time.

  6. Weekly and Quarterly Meeting Attendance Compulsory.

  7. To Achieve and Maintain Goal of Patient Retention Ratio.

  8. To Achieve and Maintain Goal of Lead Conversion.

  9. To Achieve Goal of Patient Conversion.

  10. To Handle and Resolve Patient Grievances in recommended period of time.

  11. To Follow & improve Standard Operating Protocols set by the organization.

  12. Get regular training & knowledge about all services.

  13. To achieve Business Goal.

  14. To ensure best patient experience.

  15. To attend training programs, workshops & other activities organized by the company

  16. Suggestions related to services to Patient

  17. Cross selling & Upselling of treatment packages to the patients.

  18. Regular calling to the patients

  19. Provide best Hospitality to each and every patient.

  20. Be responsible for the welfare of each individual in the unit and do all possible to solve problems.

  21. To provide guidelines to patient to improve Skin health

  22. Improvement of Counselling Skill as Per Analysis of Audit Report.

  23. Updation of report on daily basis & analysis of the report

  24. To do ethical Counseling to the each and every patient

  25. Additional Responsibility Given By Management and Superior.

  26. For Category S (Small ) clinics Counselor is Responsible for the all tasks of Front Desk.

  27. Cash Handling, Cash Deposit, General Administration Work.

  28. General Accounting Work.

  29. Taking Patient Photographs according to Protocol and updating in Software

  30. Updating Daily, Weekly and monthly report Regularly.

  31. Maintain Stock Report

  32. Do Admin Work

  33. Do Maintenance Work

  34. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Head of the Department, HR Department

External: Patients

Education

certificate in medical assisting

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a counselor or Fresher

Skills

Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi, local language and capable to

communicate all level of people

be able to relate well to people

be patient, polite and assertive

manage time effectively by prioritizing the workload

be able to evaluate his or her own learning needs and seek learning

Job Type: Full-time
