Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role located in New Delhi. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, including coordinating with clients, preparing sales reports, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role involves maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring timely communication, and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. The Sales Coordinator will also contribute to streamlining operations and ensuring a smooth workflow within the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in supporting sales processes and team collaboration
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales or coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing industry
