  • Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and resolve any customer issues as needed.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing insights to the sales team.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with finance, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled.
  • Telephonic Communication: Make and receive telephonic calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and resolve any concerns.
  • Scheduling & Appointments: Organize and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the customer meet.
  • Event Support: Assist in coordinating sales events or trade shows as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, particularly in B2B domain
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheets
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
