We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Video Editor & Motion Graphics to join our dynamic media and content team. The role requires expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling to create engaging and high-quality video content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of design, technical proficiency, and innovative thinking to help us produce impactful visual content that aligns with our brand vision.

This position is well-suited for someone with hands-on experience in editing, animation, and motion graphics who is looking to take their career to the next level by leading creative executions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished and compelling video content, ensuring smooth transitions, audio synchronization, and high production quality.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and create visually appealing motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to translate ideas and scripts into engaging visual narratives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all video outputs maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging across different platforms (social media, digital campaigns, corporate videos, etc.).
  • Audio & Visual Enhancement: Add background music, sound effects, voice-overs, subtitles, and color correction to elevate video quality.
  • Content Adaptation: Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-specific versions (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, LinkedIn clips, etc.).
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines effectively, and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
  • Innovation & Creativity: Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion design, and digital content creation to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and design teams to develop video assets that support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • File & Asset Management: Maintain proper organization of video files, project backups, and editing resources for smooth workflow management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in editing and motion design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience in creating content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
