Relationship Manager- Home Loans

We are seeking a proactive and driven Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DSA) to drive business through our Direct Sales Agent network. The role involves managing DSA relationships, supporting lead generation and conversions, ensuring smooth loan processing, and delivering a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve assigned home loan sales targets through DSA partners.
- Identify, onboard, and support new DSAs to expand business reach.
- Guide DSAs on lead generation, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to loan disbursement.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Loan Process Support:
- Assist DSAs in collecting accurate documentation and ensuring policy compliance.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approvals.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Share insights to help improve DSA performance and sales outcomes.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Track individual and DSA sales performance and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Sales, or Marketing preferred).
- Experience:
- 2–3 years in home loan or financial product sales.
- Experience managing DSAs or partner channels preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Sound knowledge of home loan products and market trends.
- Ability to mentor and motivate sales partners.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and loan processing tools.
