We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and a keen interest in ensuring product quality on field and at various sites. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in quality assurance and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Inspection:

  2. Conduct on-site inspections of electronic products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  3. Perform tests and measurements on electronic components and systems.

  4. Documentation:

  5. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results.

  6. Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review.

  7. Field Work:

  8. Assist in field audits and site evaluations to assess quality and compliance with specifications.

  9. Collaborate with site engineers and technicians to resolve quality-related issues.

  10. Continuous Improvement:

  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to processes.

  12. Support root cause analysis for quality defects and non-conformities.

  13. Team Collaboration:

  14. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to promote a quality-focused culture.

  15. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards (ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to field sites as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
