Job overview:
Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing office documentation, filing systems, and data entry tasks
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement
  • Help organize company events, workshops, and internal meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Perform general duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
