Apprentice Sales Admin

Fresher - Bcom, BBA, MBA with Import/Export knowledge special field of studies.

Job Description - please fill in the tasks and qualifications related to this job.
- Support sales teams with administrative aspects of Pre-sales and Post-Sales like preparation of quotations, offers and complete order processing cycle.
- Posses complete knowledge of Incoterms and provide advice to Sales team based on requirement
- Verify the LC drafts and ensure proper functioning of LC process to speed up the transaction
- Work for total customer satisfaction during pre and post sales based on timely execution of sales administrative activities in accordance with business philosophy.
- Act and behave in line with the guiding principles

Sales lead follow up to ensure quick attendance of every new lead
