Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur, Deoria, Basti, Varanasi for a Collections Officer. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, corresponding with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves analyzing customer financial data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely collections. Regular interactions with clients and adherence to company policies will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Finance skills to manage accounts and ensure timely recovery
  • Analytical skills to evaluate financial data and resolve discrepancies effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to correspond with clients and maintain positive relationships
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a similar role is highly desirable
