Job Title :Data Conversion Lead (Oracle/RecVue)

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Data Conversion Lead (Oracle/RecVue) will play a critical role in the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement using Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and executing data conversion strategies for financial and procurement modules, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across systems. The Data Conversion Lead will collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to define mapping, transformation, and validation rules for all in-scope objects. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)

3. Location: Onshore (US)

4. Key Responsibilities

5. Lead design and execution of end-to-end data conversion strategy for Oracle Fusion and RecVue modules.

6. Coordinate workshops to gather data requirements and establish mapping rules between legacy and target systems.
7. Define data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
8. Develop and maintain data conversion workbooks covering Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA).
9. Collaborate with functional teams to validate functional and technical design of conversion routines.
10. Support development and execution of test strategies for data migration, including mock loads and reconciliation reports.
11. Identify risks and dependencies related to data conversion and provide mitigation strategies.
12. Engage with client stakeholders to validate conversion outputs and ensure compliance with audit and reporting requirements.

13. Provide knowledge transfer and support readiness activities for subsequent project phases.

14. Required Skills & Experience

15. Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading as Oracle Fusion Conversion Lead, 7 years in leading data for Oracle ERP (EBS/PeopleSoft) solution.

16. Proven expertise in leading data conversion initiatives for Oracle Fusion (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA).
17. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion data structures, FBDI, ADFDI, and data migration tools.
18. Experience with RecVue data model and integration with Oracle ERP Cloud.
19. Hands-on experience with data mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation processes.
20. Ability to validate and align conversion outputs with functional and reporting requirements.
21. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
22. Exposure to global ERP transformation programs involving large-scale data migration.
23. Relevant professional certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Data Management, PMP, or equivalent).
