Job Title :Integration Lead (Oracle/RecVue)

Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The Integration Lead (Oracle/RecVue) will provide integration leadership during the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue. This role will focus on defining, designing, and validating integration strategies across Oracle Fusion modules and RecVue, ensuring seamless data flows and process orchestration. The Integration Lead will collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and client stakeholders to align integration architecture with enterprise standards, security, and performance requirements. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with the Discovery phase. Based on performance during Discovery, the role may be extended into subsequent phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

2. Duration: 12 weeks (Discovery phase, with potential extension based on performance into build, go-live, and hypercare phases of the 2+ year program)

3. Location: Onshore (US)

4. Key Responsibilities

5. Define and lead integration architecture and strategy for Oracle ERP Cloud (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA) and RecVue.

6. Conduct workshops to capture integration requirements, touchpoints, and dependencies with legacy and third-party systems.
7. Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to develop functional and technical integration design documents.
8. Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and RecVue APIs to design and implement robust integration solutions.
9. Identify and validate RICEW components related to integrations and ensure traceability across requirements.
10. Ensure integration solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and performance standards.
11. Support development and testing of integration proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions.
12. Manage risks, dependencies, and issues associated with integration deliverables.

13. Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to offshore teams on integration standards and practices.

14. Required Skills & Experience

15. Overall IT experience of 15+ years with 5+ years in leading as Oracle Integration Lead (Fusion), 7 years experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/PeopleSoft) solution.

16. Strong expertise in integration strategies for Oracle Fusion (AP, AR, PO, FAH, GL, FA).
17. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, REST/SOAP web services, and messaging technologies.
18. Experience integrating RecVue with Oracle ERP Cloud for billing, revenue recognition, and partner compensation processes.
19. Hands-on experience with design, development, and testing of ERP integrations in complex enterprise environments.
20. Knowledge of ERP data structures, APIs, and security standards for Oracle Fusion and RecVue.
21. Proven ability to document and validate integration requirements and align them with enterprise architecture.
22. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
23. Relevant professional certification required (Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant, PMP, or equivalent).
