Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven professional to own both B2B SaaS Sales and Performance Marketing at haeywa. This is a high-impact role for someone with proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales and hands-on expertise in performance marketing that delivers measurable ROI.

You will be responsible for driving enterprise client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and simultaneously running data-driven paid campaigns across digital platforms to fuel the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

B2B SaaS Sales Ownership


• Lead and manage the end-to-end SaaS-based B2B sales cycle—prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.


• Lead Generation: Proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound efforts, events, partnerships, referrals, and digital channels.


• Drive enterprise client acquisition by targeting finance heads, CXOs, and admin leaders of mid-to-large corporates.


• Build long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners to accelerate adoption.

Performance Marketing Leadership


• Design and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels to generate qualified leads.


• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) and continuously optimize campaigns.


• Manage and coordinate with agencies/freelancers for campaign execution and creative development.


• Collaborate with internal designers/content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.


• Oversee haeywa's professional social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice targeting decision-makers.

Strategic & Regulatory Support


• Support leadership in acquiring and maintaining fintech licenses (e.g., PPI) and staying aligned with compliance needs.


• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations in fintech/SaaS.

Requirements


• 4–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech.


• Strong track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and navigating long sales cycles.


• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, with the ability to independently run/oversee paid campaigns.


• Proficiency with CRM and martech tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ad Managers, etc.).


• Understanding of fintech compliance/licensing (e.g., PPI, NBFC) is a plus.


• Strong presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.


• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable strategies.


• Comfortable in a startup environment—taking ownership and wearing multiple hats.
