We're looking for a sharp and self-driven
Business Development Associate
to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has
2–3 years
of experience in
B2B lead generation, outbound sales, and pipeline management -
across platforms like
LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and marketplaces (Upwork, GEM, etc.)
.

You'll work closely with the leadership team to build top-of-funnel, convert warm leads, and support in drafting compelling proposals for new business - spanning
tech projects, team augmentation, and consulting engagements
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage
    end-to-end outbound sales pipeline
    – lead research, outreach, follow-ups, qualification
  • Run outbound campaigns using
    LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling, CRM tools
  • Respond to
    inbound leads
    from marketplaces like
    Upwork
    ,
    GEM portal
    , etc.
  • Prepare and submit
    RFP responses, proposals, and quotations
    (technical + non-technical)
  • Maintain lead and opportunity status using Excel/CRM tools
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from lead to client onboarding
  • Track and report
    weekly pipeline health, outreach metrics, and closures

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years in a
    Business Development, Pre-sales, or BDR role
    at an IT/Consulting/Recruitment firm

Proven experience in
selling any of
:

  • Staff augmentation or recruitment services
  • Software development / tech consulting projects

Needed:

  • Strong command over
    cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding
  • Comfort with
    proposal writing, MS Office, and basic documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Good to Have

  • Prior experience with
    GEM Portal
    (government tenders, RFPs)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like
    HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional tech and HR teams
