Job Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator, Subscription Services, is the frontline of Aruva's growth engine. You will be responsible for qualifying high-value prospects and orchestrating the sales cycle to accelerate subscription revenue. Your primary focus will be transforming inbound interest into actionable sales opportunities, ensuring the Sales team can efficiently meet its targets.
Job Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management & Needs Qualification:
- Lead Response & Qualification: Promptly respond to and manage all inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns (e.g., website forms, content downloads, campaign responses).
- Needs Identification: Conduct high-volume outbound calling to engage prospects. Skillfully ask discovery questions to identify the specific needs, pain points, and scale of the prospect's event business.
- Solution Clarification: Based on identified needs, clearly articulate Aruva's offering, explaining how the specific features and benefits of our subscription tiers provide superior solutions to their current challenges.
- Value Proposition: Effectively clarify the benefits of the Aruva business model, demonstrating the ROI of switching to a streamlined, reliable, and verified logistics platform.
Sales Coordination & Pipeline Efficiency:
- Meeting Arrangement: Strategically arrange qualified meetings and product demos for the Senior Sales team, ensuring the prospects are thoroughly vetted and prepared for the next stage.
- Target Contribution: Efficiently manage your sales activity metrics and qualification quotas to help the greater Sales team in closing their overall sales targets.
- CRM Management: Utilize the CRM platform daily to meticulously manage all sales activities, accurately update pipeline status, and ensure data integrity for reliable sales forecasting.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Development (SDR), or Lead Qualification role, ideally within a B2B or corporate sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to conduct effective discovery calls and virtual presentations.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to log activities, manage contacts, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Goal Orientation: Proven ability to meet activity quotas (calls, meetings booked) and clearly contribute to team sales targets.
- Adaptability: A keen interest in the live events, production, or logistics industry is preferred, allowing for rapid understanding of prospect needs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen ear for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality sound.
- A calm and resourceful demeanor, capable of handling high-stress situations.
Work Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends or sometimes in late evenings.
Mobility: The job profile might bring local or outstation travel for sales closures or site visits. The candidate must be willing to travel to various locations as per the cases and leads.
