Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in domestic contractual/permanent hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent & contractual IT roles across India in various technologies. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely onboarding, all while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client or internal hiring team's requirements for based IT roles.
  • Source candidates from Indian job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, contract availability, compensation, and notice period.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end communication between candidate and client.
  • Negotiate compensation and finalize terms of employment (CTC, contract duration, joining date, etc.).
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines regularly.
  • Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and background checks for selected candidates.
  • Maintain database and generate regular hiring reports.
  • Engage with deployed consultants for feedback, extension, or replacement needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of domestic IT staffing
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and current hiring trends.
  • Familiarity with contract types: third-party payroll, self-employed, freelancers
  • Proficiency in job portals: Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Strong follow-up and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Should be flexible to support different time zones if required.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BTech/BE/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in domestic IT staffing, preferably focused on hiring.
  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or IT services firm is a plus
