*Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirement analysis, stakeholder communication, and solution design across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with clients, product teams, and developers to deliver impactful results.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, collaboration, and opportunities to work on global projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end business analysis process across complex software projects.

Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, use cases, and process flows.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.

Analyze existing systems and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.

Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for proposed solutions.

Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and client demos.

Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and impacts early and provide mitigation strategies.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in documentation and process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in custom software or enterprise application development.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and product lifecycle management.

Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or MS Visio.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams alike.

Experience in domains such as education, fintech, ERP, or SaaS products is a plus.
