Chief Manager - ESOP, SalesJob Description

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Manage relationships with employees of corporates having ESOP programs.

  • Act as a single point of contact for ESOP participants for queries related to vesting, exercise, taxation, and sale of shares.

  • Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial advisory sessions.

  • ESOP Advisory & Execution

  • Explain ESOP plan features, exercise processes, and related regulatory compliance.

  • Assist clients in exercising stock options, handling documentation, and coordinating with finance and legal teams.

  • Provide insights on ESOP financing options and facilitate transactions.

  • Business Development

  • Onboard new corporate accounts and strengthen relationships with HR/Finance teams.

  • Drive ESOP monetization opportunities through proactive engagement and client education sessions.

  • Cross-sell relevant wealth management and investment products.

  • Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure timely execution of client requests with adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain updated client records, documentation, and MIS reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Product) for smooth client servicing.
