We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce

experience to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions

across our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce development

experience, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of

developers. The role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce, the ability to translate

business needs into technical requirements, and a passion for innovation and continuous

improvement.

Key Responsibilities
:

Solution Architecture & Development:

 Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

 Oversee development and customization of Salesforce applications using best coding

practices.

 Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce

technical solutions.

 Integrate Salesforce with internal and third■party systems.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

 Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team.

 Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.

 Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and system admins.

 Promote Agile methodology and DevOps practices.

Maintenance & Optimization:

Ensure ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement new features.

Governance & Compliance:

 Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards.

 Maintain documentation for design, code, and integrations.

 Uphold privacy and security practices.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related

field (Master's preferred).

 8+ years of Salesforce experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

 2+ years of experience in a technical lead role.

 Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration tools

(MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

 Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred; CTA is a plus.
