Senior QA Engineer – Salesforce Data Testing (Manual / Automation)

Role Overview

The Senior QA Engineer will lead the validation and assurance of data integrity across all RTRA integrations. The focus is on testing large-scale data flows and transformations, particularly involving Salesforce, SAP, and JIRA data sources, using both manual and automated testing methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for data pipelines, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Validate transformation logic and ensure consistent data quality between source and target layers.
• Build automated data comparison and regression testing scripts leveraging Python or SQL frameworks.
• Partner with analysts to define expected business outcomes and ensure test coverage of all functional scenarios.
• Document defects, root cause analyses, and regression impacts.
• Participate in continuous testing and validation cycles as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Support UAT by preparing test data, executing validation scripts, and coordinating sign-offs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years' experience in QA or data testing within enterprise integration environments.
• Hands-on experience validating Salesforce and SAP datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jenkins-based test automation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data mismatches and systemic errors.

Estimated Pay Range:
