We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and management of our Salesforce Sales applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce functionalities, Lightning Web Component development, API principles, and integration architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design, build, and deliver customized solutions using Salesforce and related technologies.

Administration & Maintenance

  • Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.

Custom Development

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Testing & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Documentation & Standards

  • Prepare technical specifications and maintain detailed documentation in alignment with organizational and security standards.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to design and deploy integrated Salesforce applications.

Compliance & Architecture

  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance models.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Lightning framework, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in REST API principles, development, deployment, and governance.
  • Solid understanding of system and data integration architecture with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with Oracle CRM tools such as Eloqua or Fusion Sales & Service (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation with team management exposure.
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce architecture concepts and functional roles.
