Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Team Lead– Study Abroad
to lead our overseas education division. The selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring and managing the counseling team, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end services — including student counseling, documentation, and admissions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, thorough knowledge of international education systems, and the ability to drive results by guiding students toward successful admissions abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Study Abroad team to meet targets.
  • Improve counseling, admissions, and service quality.
  • Monitor performance and provide training when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in study abroad counseling, admissions, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate, manage, and guide a team effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to
