We are now looking for a passionate and motivated Female Student Counselor to join our Kannur branch, preferably someone who has prior experience in the study abroad or overseas education consulting field.

Role Overview

The Student Counselor will act as the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. You will be responsible for understanding students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals — and guiding them toward the best study destinations, universities, and programs abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Counseling & Support:

Provide detailed counseling to students and parents on studying abroad — including information about programs, universities, countries, and admission timelines.

  • Course & University Selection:

Assist students in identifying suitable courses and universities that match their academic background, financial capacity, and career aspirations.

  • Visa Guidance & Documentation:

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure students are guided through visa filing and required paperwork accurately and on time.

  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building:

Maintain strong communication and follow-up with students and parents throughout the counseling and application process.

  • Target Achievement:

Work closely with the branch team to meet monthly counseling and enrollment goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–2 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in study abroad / overseas education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam proficiency required)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Friendly, empathetic, and positive attitude toward students and parents

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in study abroad consultancies, overseas admissions, or education counseling will be given preference
