With branches across South India, including Mangalore, Kuttiady, Kanhangadu, Kannur, Calicut, Cherupuzha, Idukki, and Kottayam, we are expanding with a new branch in Kuthuparamba. We are now looking for a dedicated Customer Relation Executive to join our team and help build lasting relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders at our new branch.

Position Overview:

As the Customer Relation Executive at Grand Royal Vistara, you will serve as a key interface between the consultancy and its clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your role will focus on handling inquiries, guiding students through the admission process, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships to support student enrollment and retention. You will collaborate with counselors, front office staff, and management to deliver timely assistance and contribute to the branch's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with students, parents, and visitors in a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them appropriately.
  • Guide students and parents on admission procedures, course options, university details, and consultancy services.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and applications to ensure smooth progression through the admission pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Address and resolve client complaints or issues efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM or relevant systems.
  • Assist in coordinating appointments, counseling sessions, and student meetings.
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as distributing promotional materials, organizing open houses, and participating in outreach events.
  • Collaborate with the front office and counseling teams to organize career guidance workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.
  • Handle basic billing, payment tracking, and receipt issuance for consultancy services.
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and suggestions for service improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality).

  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or sales roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse clients.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.

  • Good organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM/software tools.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

  • Experience in the education or consultancy sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
