Branch Head

The Branch Head will be a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and academic activities of the branch. The primary objective is to drive student enrollment, ensure high-quality educational delivery, achieve profitability targets, and foster a positive learning environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly student enrollment targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and tie-ups with schools and colleges to generate leads.
- Oversee the student counseling and admission process, ensuring effective conversion of inquiries.
- Operations & Administration Management:
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the branch, including scheduling classes, managing infrastructure, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-control measures are in place to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, academic standards, and relevant laws/regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance metrics (e.g., admissions, revenue, student satisfaction) to senior management.
- Academic Coordination & Student Management:
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure quality content delivery and adherence to the planned curriculum and schedules.
- Monitor student academic progress, collect feedback, and implement interventions where required.
- Address student and parent inquiries and grievances promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of faculty, counselors, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture within the branch.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a management or leadership role within the education, training, or coaching industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and business development track record.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or education management software.
