Critical Responsibilities

Manage the local training resources and training schedule

Manage & Develop assigned Trainers and TOs on a day-to-day

basis

IRDA passing percentage of advisors should be minimum 80%

To announce monthly training schedules by the 5th of every month

Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training

Ensure all IRDA rules and regulations are followed as far as training

is concerned (Defect free adherence to IRDA rules and regulations)

To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly

Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business

continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined

timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process

changes
