Business Development Executive

1. Technical Business Development
Identify opportunities for soya-based ingredients (soy protein concentrates, textured soy protein, soy lecithin, Soy Lecithin PC, soy flour) in various food applications such as bakery, dairy alternatives, meat analogues, and nutrition products.
Provide technical guidance to customers on ingredient functionality, formulation, and process optimization.
Collaborate with R&D to develop customized solutions for client-specific needs.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market demand.
Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement and innovation.
2. Market & Product Strategy
Conduct technical market analysis to identify emerging trends in plant-based proteins and functional ingredients.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products based on technical feasibility and customer demand.
3. Customer Engagement & Support
Act as a technical consultant during customer development and trials and product development phases.
Deliver presentations and training sessions on ingredient properties, application benefits, and regulatory compliance.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all proposed solutions meet food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) and international regulations.
Stay updated on global standards for soy-based ingredients and advise customers accordingly.
5. Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare detailed reports on technical trials, customer feedback, and market performance.
Provide accurate sales forecasts based on technical project pipelines.
6.Market Development:
Identify and evaluate new markets, customers, and segments for soya food ingredients (e.g., soy protein, soy lecithin, Soy Lecithin PC, soy flour, soya TVP).
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
7.Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with food manufacturers, distributors, and B2B clients.
8.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry stakeholders, and partners.
