Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen our presence in Ranchi. The role will involve a mix of field sales, customer relationship management, and basic marketing activities (offline online).

Key Responsibilities


• Sales & Customer Acquisition


• Generate new leads through field visits, WhatsApp, community networks, and referrals.


• Approach local kirana shops, housing societies, and apartments for tie-ups and bulk orders.


• Convert trial customers into regular buyers.


• Customer Relationship Management


• Maintain and update a customer database.


• Follow up with customers for repeat orders and referrals.


• Ensure timely delivery coordination.


• Marketing Activities


• Distribute flyers, manage sampling campaigns, and support in local promotions.


• Assist in managing WhatsApp Business, social media posts, and community marketing.


• Collect feedback and market insights to improve products and services.


• Reporting


• Prepare weekly sales reports (customers acquired, revenue, leads).


• Update management on competitor activities and local market trends.
