**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive

**Department**: Sales & Marketing

**Location**: [Delhi - Chnadni Chowk, Chawri Bazar]

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager / Managing Director

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products/services, generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to achieve business growth and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and digital channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies and product positioning.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, etc.]).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
