As a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on bank products and services.
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Document and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams.
- Stay updated with the latest bank policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Maintain a high level of customer service standards and adhere to quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A basic understanding of banking products and services is an advantage.
