Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in corporate secretarial work, compliance under the Companies Act and allied laws, and providing support in client assignments. This role is open to Qualified Company Secretaries, Semi-Qualified CS, or CS Dropouts who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional CA firm setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other legal entities.
  • Preparation and filing of ROC/MCA forms, returns, and other secretarial documents.
  • Drafting of board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
  • Maintaining statutory registers, records, and filings.
  • Support in corporate restructuring, share allotments, and related work.
  • Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
  • Provide assistance in compliance with FEMA, RBI, and SEBI (if applicable).
  • Coordination with audit, taxation, and litigation teams for cross-functional assignments.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013, and allied regulations.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a CA firm environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified CS / Semi-Qualified CS / CS Dropout.
  • Currently working with a CA/CS firm is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
