Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Telesales Executive with strong expertise in IT/cybersecurity sales and excellent
communication skills in a U.S. accent. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and engagement with
U.S. IT decision-makers, promoting cybersecurity services and scheduling meetings for pre-sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement
• Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using VoIP, CRM, or automation tools.
• Present value propositions on cybersecurity solutions (MDR, SOC, SIEM, XDR, compliance, risk
assessments).
• Identify client pain points and qualify leads as per Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Lead Generation & Qualification
• Identify and qualify prospective clients using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Schedule meetings/product demos with pre-sales/sales teams.
• Maintain call logs, update lead status, and prepare performance reports.
- Relationship Management
• Build rapport with IT stakeholders and U.S. decision-makers.
• Act as the first-level technical touchpoint, escalating leads to technical teams.
- Product Knowledge & Market Research
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and compliance frameworks.
• Understand client environments (cloud, endpoints, SIEM tools such as Seceon, Splunk, Sentinel).
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. technical sales/telecalling (preferably cybersecurity/managed IT
services).
• Strong U.S. English (verbal & written) with neutral/Americanized accent.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services/products (firewalls, SOC, SIEM, MDR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST).
• CRM proficiency and experience in lead qualification and call reporting.
• Willingness to work in U.S. time zones (EST/PST).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Seceon or similar cybersecurity platforms.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, Sales/Inside Sales training.
• Experience with MSSPs or SOC environments is an advantage.
