Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Madurai. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and manage HR policies, facilitate training programs, and ensure a productive and harmonious workplace. The HR Manager will also play a critical role in strategic HR planning and contribute to the organization's overall goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 10 years in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations with atleast 3 years experience in Managerial role handling 300+ employees
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, compliance with labor laws, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and facilitate training programs
  • Strategic HR planning experience is a plus
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a diverse business environment is an advantage
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
