Job Overview

The Human Resources Strategic Manager will oversee the entire HR lifecycle of an organization. This includes talent management, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  2. Learning & Development (L&D): Conduct training need analysis, design and implement internal and external training programs, and track training effectiveness.
  3. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation, oversee payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  4. Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, support internal communications, and champion employee well-being.
  5. HR Policies, Systems & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintain and update the employee handbook, and contribute to HR audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree / MBA in Human Resources Management or Post-Graduate Diploma in HR from a recognized institute (preferred).
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Operations & L&D), prior experience in a mid/large sized organization or service-based company preferred.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labor laws, and HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
