Sales Manager (5+ Years Experience)
Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional with over 5 years of experience in end-to-end B2B sales within the fintech or regtech space. The role focuses on selling our Enterprise Fraud Risk Management Solution (EFRMS) Tutelar to banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, solutioning, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs, Risk Heads, Compliance Officers, and Technology Teams.
- Understand customer challenges in fraud prevention, AML/CFT, digital onboarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver solution-focused presentations and consultative pitches tailored to client-specific use cases.
- Coordinate internally with product, operations, and implementation teams to ensure successful handover and client onboarding.
- Stay informed about regulatory updates (RBI, SEBI, FATF, etc.) and emerging fraud trends in the BFSI sector.
- Prepare pipeline reports, commercial proposals, and sales documentation as required.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, regtech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial fraud risk, transaction monitoring, AML frameworks, and digital KYC processes.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and closing strategic deals.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and solution-selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle long, consultative sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
