Business and Strategy Associate
 to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are looking for a
Business & Strategy Associate
to work directly with the founders on strategic, operational, and research-driven initiatives. This is a
multi-faceted role
that blends business development, research, and execution, ideal for someone who enjoys working across diverse functions in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Partner Research:
    Identify and evaluate potential OEMs, vendors, and technology partners relevant to our portfolio.
  • Business Development Support:
    Reach out to prospective clients, support proposal creation, and assist in follow-ups.
  • GEM Portal Engagement:
    Scout for relevant bids and tenders, prepare supporting documents, and coordinate submissions.
  • Founder Support:
    Assist the founding team with daily operational tasks, coordination, and strategic follow-ups.
  • Documentation & Analysis:
    Prepare clear, concise
    PowerPoint presentations, reports, and Excel trackers
    as required.
  • Cross-Functional Projects:
    Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on special initiatives or partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    business research, strategy, operations, or business development
    (start-up or consulting exposure preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    .
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with
    GEM portal
    or
    government procurement
    will be an advantage.
  • Keen interest in
    defence, aerospace, or military technology
    .
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
