Responsibilities

  • Need to develop the L1 Software for different process for Billet, Bloom and Slab Caster.
  • Need to develop the L1 Software for different process for EAF, LF, VD, RMH, FTP and WTP
  • Commissioning in India as well as abroad for L1 sections for Billet, Bloom and Slab Caster.
  • Commissioning in India as well as abroad for L1 sections for EAF, LF, VD, RMH, FTP and WTP
  • SW development and Commissioning along with other activities like Simulation, FAT test are the auxiliary activities which we can emphasis as a part of candidate's normal duties.

Technical Requirements

  • Knowledge of Level 1 Software development in following areas:
  • Simatic S7, TIA, Rockwell, WinCC, InTouch, TDC
  • Knowledge of the following process fields of Steel making.
  • Melt Shop (EAF, LF, VD, RMH, FTP and WTP)
  • Caster (Billet, Bloom and Slab Caster)

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work in a group: the ability to work with other team members.
  • Availability to travel and abilities to work with people from different countries.
  • Interest in technology in a broad sense.
  • Technical Knowledge of Steel Industry
