Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal contracts, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs). The core focus will be on identifying, extracting, and validating key contractual data points critical to the clients requirements. This includes (but is not limited to):
  • Reviewing and capturing key terms such as termination periods, effective dates, renewal dates, counterparty details, and assignment clauses.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reviewed contracts.
  • Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and shared success on deliverables.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and workflows as part of the projects evolving needs.
  • Applying legal domain knowledge to interpret and analyze contracts across various industries.
  • Leveraging technology tools and platforms used in contract review and data extraction workflows.
  • Escalating ambiguities or deviations identified during review for clarification and resolution.
  • Participating in team discussions and contributing to process improvements where applicable.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: BALLB
  • Strong understanding of legal contracts and key commercial/legal terms
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work within structured review processes
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with contract management or review tools
